It comes in a pair

I’m starting to believe that bad things and good things comes together. This is the second day i’ve been experiencing this.

Like yesterday, i had a bad day at the beginning with my stupid lecturer with my coursework marks. I was cursingggg her like shit then when i was in the car, on my way to dinner, i saw a rainbow =) It somehow made my day much better.

Today, despite sleeping at 7am and waking up at 12 noon, i woke up with a not-so-good mood. I was cursing non-stop (to roommie) because i had a nightmare. Someone killing everyone he sees with a knife. Worse still, everyone that’s involved in the dream, are people i know. Friends and even FAMILY. Gosh.

I didn’t have a good sleep. I kept waking up in between. I even woke up before the time i asked my roommie to wake me up =.= The nightmare is still stuck with me, fresh in my memory. Then, while studying for tomorrow’s paper, as i was flipping the notes, i accidentally cut my finger slightly. Paper’s too new i guess =/ I thought it’s nothing as it’s just a tiny miny cut, but when i was showering, ouch! my finger hurts like shit.

And now, it’s wrapped with a plaster. Anyhow, it wasn’t that bad since it rained today. Heavy rain, but my room is still stuffy and hot =( But at least it rained =) Hoping it’ll rain again at night, which i doubt so =/

Okay, now back to notes while waiting to go out for dinner =) Having 2 papers tomorrow. Sigh.

Reflections 2009

Stories coming up. Photos first =)

Some of the high committees need to arrive early on that day. I was there by 12 noon to get things started. It was Appreciation lunch for some committees then. I went Pyramid for manicure with other friends. Things were at a rush already. Suddenly, we couldn’t contact Estrella’s manager (to ask them to come to apologize for not being able to sing for the night) and also couldn’t get through Yuna’s representative (Yuna’s replacing Estrella). Started to get worried. Luckily we got called back by Yuna’s rep.

Went back to hotel a.s.a.p because the bands were SUPPOSED to be there by 2pm for rehearsals. Ended up they reached at about 4pm =.= Things started to get outta control. Quickly rehearse and do some sound-check.

Other committees started to arrive by 5pm. It was time for the high committees to start dressing up for the night too. Took my stuff and rushed to Pyramid Tower Hotel to get changed. Was supposed to do something to my hair but ended up nothing due to the lack of time. Don’t even have the time to blow-dry. Well, kinda have a hard time walking in my heels (not used to the height yet =p)

Reached the ballroom, clear things up, prepare things, handle the band people, trying on the projector with my laptop, bla bla bla. It’s just a busy day from top to bottom. Then, by 6.30, we’re almost all prepared. There you go, our backdrop for the night =)

The banner arrived later than expected. But we still managed to have it thankfully =) Arnile’s design And it’s whiteeeee!!~

We’re only suppose to have the one on the right, not front but i got it complimentarily suddenly. It was like this: We asked for the front one at first but realised the guests from the far left might not be able to see, so we decided to change to the one on the right so that everyone can see the slideshow. I reminded the person-in-charge again to change to the side one when i see it’s still the front. Then he told me that he’ll give me both =) for free! Because to add another one, there’s some cose to be added. Wow!

Our theme for the night was Reflections 2009. So yeah, there you go, a photo of reflections. =) The night started later than planned because we opened the door abit later, and the guests seem to  love the foyer so much they can’t stop snapping photos there. We couldn’t waste anymore time, we called in the VIP although some of them are still lingering out there.

VIPs and some invited lecturers from the Faculty of Management. Surprisingly VIP arrives earlier than expected!! Haha!!

The food presentation for the first dish. Fuiyoh! It was a lot more grand than how i expected it to be. Was surprised when i see it from behind. Was behind the ballroom all day long, with the audio system =.= A slideshow was made in black and white for the guest to have a look how they look like on that night itself. Phew, that slideshow-making was the worst thing of the night. Panic. My lappie suddenly played a prank on me by not loading the video, then while i was converting it, my lappie went blank. Total blank!! @.@ I had to delay it and replace with the last band performance while trying to make the slideshow work.

Presenting you, the winner for Prom King and Queen. Miss Leong Shin Wei & Mr. Burhan aka Ben =) Wait… didn’t i the one nominated Ben?? Hmmm.. Wahaha!! They were awarded a sash with their titles (i made the wordings!!), a tiara for the queen, a bag with a month training with personal trainer at celebrity fitness and a perfume from Clinique worth RM300!! Woo hoo! =D

Then, it’s the time to officialize the dance floor by the king and queen. Thank God, the crowd was better than expected. They’re outgoing enough to fill the dance floor up. It’s nice to see them dance though =)

Yuna & the crowd. Her singing is good =) Look at the crowd. It’s satisfying enough by just looking at it Some even dance nearby theor tables because the floor was full. Super crowded i tell you. Haha!!

The night ended with a ticket to MOS for everyone. Hope they enjoy the night as mush as we, the committees hope they’ll be. See you in next year’s prom (they better have one!!). Again, thanks to the committees =)

I ko-ed when i reached home. My legs. Undescribable. I can hardly walk the next day due to the excessive running with my 4 inches of heels during the whole night. RUN, it’s not walking fast. =/But it was certainly a night to remember. The laughters and hardwork laid for this event =) Not forgetting the bun and donut i had that lasted me a total of 20 hours.

Exam fever?

I’m lazie to study for final exam. Ergh.

Just recovered from sick, FINALLY! Then, temptations are everywhere. Laptop. Internet. Movies. Outing. Bed. Bla bla bla.

YM gave me another HUGE temptation when i woke up today. She asked whether wanna go Singapore or not because it’s the time where we, Malaysians, spend there using RM currency. Eg: Sg sells Starbucks for SD$7, we pay RM7!!! The flight there for one-way ticket is only RM59!! What a temptation right?

But, i have one thing to think about. My part-time job =( I’m not sure whether i can go or not now The HR Department asked me to call back on Friday. Sigh. I feel that their HR is always so unproductive. I hate calling their HR dept. As i’ve always wanting to go Sg (i haven’t been there for quite long dy), this is one huge dilemma for me. Sigh.

Then, Mr.Dorrie asked me out on Thursday. I said no. I NEED TO STUDY *controlling myself* I better stuck myself at home and not go out this week. I better study (although i’m just daydreaming all day long). Argh, whatever!!

Wait! There’s another temptation, thanks to Mr.Dorrie. Bargh!

Ways to go speechless =.=

Note: I’m having the symptoms of falling sick again. But i wish i’m not, because final’s near =(

How to go speechless? You can do it easily with Mr. Dorrie around. This is what happened.

We kept pfft-ing, hmmph-ing, ishhh-ing each other and MSN and soon after that, i drew an angry face to him. Then suddenly, he drew me this ugly face with spiral eyes and mouth with sharp teeth like a piranha @.@ After i complained it ugly, which it really looked like an alien to me, he asked me to wait while he draw another one. This is what happened:

Okay. As what explained by Mr. Dorrie, the drawing is supposed to be a panda (cos i sleep alot). But my first impression was like, “why are you drawing a cat??” LOL. When i knew it was supposed to be a panda, i laughed. Moreover, Mr. Dorrie was being so “perasan” by calling himself Al-Akhwesome.

He doesn’t want to give up. So he drew another one, which made me go even SPEECHLESS. It’s speechless to the max wei!!

Having bad luck in 2 consecutieve days! Crap!

It was Tli & I. Both of us got into bad luck in TWO freaking consecutive days. Crap.

I had quiz on Thursday for Portfolio Management. Despite trying to finish off 2 assignment and 1 take-home quiz by the week, we spent mose of the time doing it rather than studying for the quiz. The quiz is only 7 marks and we thought it won’t be that many questions or whatsoever. So, i only studied for a few hours for it.

After quiz, some friends came out and told  Tli about some matter regarding the paper and the lecturer. It seems to be that the lecturer misunderstood Tli for being rude to her. Tli didn’t even know what’s happening and what made the lecturer to get pissed off. As for me, i wasn’t really in the mood because i did super badly for the quiz. And i’m super glas even if i scored 2/7 for that quiz.

This lecturer just need to give us some reasons for us to hate her! A 7 marks quiz, she prepared 12 true/false and 4 freaking structures. For 7 freaking marks? Fcuk. And because of her, Tli got misunderstood for nothing, and i failed for the FIRST time in my entire life. How’s that? Ergh!

Then, during dinner, my phone suddenly went crazy. For one moment, it was working fine, then the next moment, it says limited network crap. I couldn’t sms or call. I off the phone, took out batt and my simcard, then insert everything back, it work fine. Few minutes later, the shit happened again. I exchange my simcard to my friends phone but it works fine. Even more crap!

It’s study leave now and i can’t go out and fixed my phone in MV. I had to borrow an extra one from a friend just in case it went crazy again when i’m back home. Ergh. But a while after that, my phone operate as normal again =.=

Friends and i continued rushing for assignment and take-home quiz. Jobs were delegated to save time. I was supposed to do the take-home quiz and it really made me go crazy. Ergh. Yea, it was Portfolio Management again. Seriously, i think that lecturer is a psycho. Giving more work in week 13 (2 weeks before finals) where everyone else are starting their revision already!! Pfftt!~

Work was all done at 3am, went to McD =) Came back at 4+ and i wasn’t sleepy. Chatted with friend until the next morning. I didn’t sleep – not i don’t want to, just that i can’t. That friend of mine also couldn’t sleep and we assumed it’s the Coke we had from McD haha! Chatted till it was time for class at 9am.

I asked my dad to pick me up from Cyber earlier so i can go home and sleep, rather than wasting time in Cyber because i skipped my 10-12 class. As i was carrying my printer from my room to downstairs, i lost stabilty and my printer tumbled down!!! Argh! Some of the parts came out, some got misplaced. As i panic, i was also rushing for time to get my stuff out the house because my dad was rushing. I left it aside and just get everything out the house.

Told parents about it, all they say was just “Get new printer lor”. I went =.= I was so noisy because i need a printer to print all my notes and past year papers for my study leave. Geram lah! Then, i got a new printer after dinner. It’s freaking 400 bucks! Ergh. How bad can my day go? Yea, seeing it from another side, it’s a good thing because i can have a new printer, but still? I rather keep that 400 bucks for something else =.=

Reflections 2009 (Behind the Scene)

Note: YM, some pics i’ve editted happened to be the same as the one posted at your blog. Didn’t know until i read it =)

Okay, as promised, here’s a post about what i’ve been busy on – FOMS Prom 2009

YM (the event director) invited me to be in the prom committees board early of the year (if i’m not mistaken). It was semester 2 back then. I was hesitating at first because i was having Sigma Project in hand, and i’m afraid i couldn’t cope with both the events and my studies if i join. But the end, after lots of thinking and bringing into account that i’m attracted to the offer because i’ve always wanted to be one of the people behind prom – for experiences. So, that’s how it happened =)

Started to find more people to join and then YM gave me a list of people that she’d placed under me. I was elected to be the Programme Head for prom. This FOMS Prom 2009 was later on called as Reflections: A walk to remember. It’s motive is to refresh and preserve the memories all students had have during their university life. The venue and date were then set to be at the Sunway Hotel Resort & Spa, on the 24th April 2009.

Then, meetings started among division heads, among division members and among ALL the commitees involved in prom. Yea, was kinda busy back then. I started to plan what to have and what to not have during prom. I discussed everything with SY, my event head. Since then, i had frequent meetings regarding prom, i think about at least once a week – high comms and division meeting.

Later on, we had our own booth for ticket selling. Sales wasn’t that good for the first few days, but then it grew rapidly soon after that. We sorta managed to sell off our targeted tables (50 tables) by the second/third week. Then we, the committees decided to extend the number of tables to 60 tables. The extra 10 tables sold off too. Then, after some discussions, a total of 80 tables were then decided. At the end of the day, we managed to sell off a total of 77 tables =) Hooray and congratulations to the Marketing Team for a fabulous work in promoting Reflections.

Meetings within division and meetings with high committees were still held frequently to keep each and every of us updated from time to time. The first time i visited Sunway Hotel was on the 6th March where we looked at the ballroom on where Reflections will be held. And yeah, i was amazed by the beauty of the ballroom =)

On my birthday, Prom Committees Photoshoot was held. All of us had fun on that night, seriously – with all the camwhoring wahaha!! My busy-ness continues as i was looking for performers on that night. Estrella and Dose Two was settled by SY and i was in charge of searching bands from MMU itself – cut cost =) I got several contacts from friends thus i contacted them. Same goes to the emcee for the night – he happened to be an ex-student of MMU @.@

My second visit to Sunway Hotel would be the time i went for food tasting. It was an official day where we’ll be meeting the people in-charge in Sunway and we’ll have a technical meeting regarding the event. It was quite a long meeting – choosing what to have on that day, which table cloth, napkin, chair, ribbon, etc. After the technical meeting, we had our very own meeting by ourselves in one of the cafes in Sunway Pyramid. It was seriously a looooong day for all of us!~ Phew

Selecting for prom king and queen finalists started then. Called them for a photoshoot, and from there, the high committees started to shortlist into 4 queens and 4 kings. It was really a tough decision to make between all the nominees seriously =/

After shortlisting the songs to be played on that night by the bands from MMU, i then went to listen to each of them (there’s 3 bands altogether) It was kinda tough to listen to them because they jam in different and FAR places. Sigh. One in Melawati, one in Subang and the other one is the nearest, Cyberia =) But then, i was lucky to have people to fetch me to those places =)

Days are getting near to 24th April. I started to get busier day by day – making sure everythings on schedule, making sure the timing are right, the bands are fine, the emcee knows whats going on, division members are well-informed, so on and so forth. Nonetheless i started to freak out at times too. Organizing such a big event, phew! Can be really stressful i tell you.

One week before the event was the most stressful week ever. Moreover, i fell sick – slight fever, flu, cough, sorethroat. I had lack of sleep everyday, then had meetings EVERYDAY, and preparing things that are needed for prom night itself. One the day before the event, the high committees were all camped in Laurel’s and Jia Qi’s place to wrap the prom king’s & queen’s boxes, collecting the programme book, collecting souvenirs for sponsors, and buying things that  we need for the next day. Practically, i didn’t bother to touch anything educational but prom that week =) But i think all the hardwork got paid off well.

Krispy Kreme!!~

Whee!!~ Dorrie bought me half dozen of Krispy Kreme from Times Square!!

At first he made me jealous by mms-ing me the picture of Krispy Kreme on Friday. He made me go arghhhhhh non-stop haha! Then today he got me half dozen of it =) *together with my flu medicine =.=*

Both of us went arghhh so many times when we see the “coming soon” board from Krispy Kreme in MV, and not the shop itself. Dorrie almost went overboard into tearing the whole board down wahaha!! Dorrie couldn’t tahan already (i assumed) then he FLEW all the way to Times Square on Friday when i told him Krispy Kreme opened in Times Square already =.=

There you go, my half dozen of doughnuts =)

Shoutout: Oh my.. I’m supposed to be working my ass off for my Financial Derivative & Corporate Risk Management Assignment @.@

First and foremost, i would like to wish Uncle a happy 25th birthday =) Yeah, his birthday falls on Labours’ Day.

And before i start blogging about prom, I guess i better clear off the list of things i should blog about asap before the list gets longer because it IS getting longer day by day. Aiks!

Clubbing Session @ Euphoria by Ministry of Sound (MOS) + Sleepover @ Puchong with mates

All these happened way back in February 2009. I was having prom meeting with other 40+ committees that night before heading to MOS. It was an unexpected outing. A friend just said, “Eh, come let’s go to MOS“.  I went “huh??” and then i agreed. Wahaha. It was just an act to see clubs in KL since i’ve never been to KL’s clubs =) I remembered myself tasting Chivas for the first time. Not bad =P

I went MOS twice. The second time was just the week after the first time i went.  Wow right? Haha. The second time was like “Hmm, i feel like going again”. Moreover, some of ZN’s friends are coming to KL to have fun, so why not? Hehe. The second time going MOS was like in a super HUGE gang. Maybe about 30+ of us altogether.

I wasn’t really in the mood on that night itself due to someone pissing me off that night but friends kept persuading so yeah, i went the end. Didn’t really enjoy that night though. But it was funny to see the people in front, behind, on your right and on your left are your coursemates. It was kinda like a “pakat” where almost ALL Gamma FE students are there =) One thing that i was certain of was that i took more photos on the 2nd night compared to the 1st night.

Both the days we went was on a Thursday – Ladies’ Night. And the next day was a Friday, where FE students have an 8am class =.= It was really a pain waking up at 7am for class. Haha. But we still manage to =) Literally, MOS is the only club that is non-smoking and what i heard was that it’s well-known for it’s vibrating dance floor. Yeah, you can really feel the vibration while dancing haha! But once you got out from MOS, you hearing  ability got reduced 50% for a few hours. I can seriously feel my ear go “riiiiiinnnggggggg” for few hours after MOS =.=

On the weekend of the 2nd time of MOS, my mates and i stayed over at ZN’s place @ Puchong as his friends came up to KL.  It was fun staying there because it feels like you’re on a holiday. It’s fun eventhough i was without my laptop. Haha. We sleep till whatever time we want, we eat when we’re hungry, we play mahjong all day long, and watch tv anytime we want =) *don’t feel like elaborating more, some couldn’t remember =P*

**I’m going to skip stories about Prom and also Sigma. Don’t think i have a lot to say about Sigma and i’m certainly gonna make 2 whole post about prom. The one behind the scene, and the one during the event itself =)

Jia Qi’s 21st Birthday [16th April 2009]

I just got to know Jia Qi when i started organizing prom. But, bonds between us grew rapidly and on the eve of her birthday, i kepoh-ed saying that i wanna celebrate her 21st birthday along with her and her friends. Wahaha!

Went Sunway for dinner with Yei Mei, Laurel, Jia Qi, Wei Bin, Pei Ying & Hau Yee. The went for a movie – Righteous Kill. OMG! Wrong movie to watch i tell you. Can ZzzZZ in the cinema wahaha! Waited till 12 midnight to celebrate JQ’s birthday @ Republic.

It was a HUGE bunch of us. Her uni friends, prom friends, classmates, housemates, high school friends, etc. I think we had 7 jugs of Tiger beer that night. And, isn’t the birthday cake so lovely?!?! It’s a jelly cake =) And again, Happy birthday!! =)

** Don’t think i’m gonna talk about the friends i’ve made from prom. Hehe. Better keep that to myself =)

Ampang’s Lookout Point a.k.a Little Genting

On one Saturday, i went out with Mr.Dorrie to Midvalley for window shopping + prom shopping before heading to somewhere called Melawati to listen to his band *the band is performing for prom* Then, Mr.Dorrie took me to this Mexican restaurant (i forgot the name of that restaurant) for dinner, before heading to Lookout Point.

The time was just right to drive to Lookout Point after dinner. On the way to the hilltop was really dark. But the scenery there is really beautiful. Quite a lot of people that night. Maybe it’s because it was a Saturday =) Thanks for keeping your promise in bringing me there, Mr.Dorrie =)

Ampang’s Lookout Point as also said as the Little Genting because it’s at the hilltop, and the scenery enables you to view the whole KL, where a place in Genting can do the same too. In genting, it’s called the “Lover’s Garden” Haha. It’s been a while since i last went there though =) Will be going there again when i work there for part-time =)

MMU Awards Night [25th April 2009]

MMU Awards is something like those Grammy Awards actually *Opps i think i’ve just overrated MMU Awards* Well, societies that did great job will be awarded. I didn’t expect myself to be attending this night. Who know? I’ve never been like those who are SUPER active in clubs/societies. And i’m not even holding any high posts for anything.

One day when i was out with YM and CW, YM suddenly asked me, “Hey, you wanna go to MMU Awards??? There’s one empty space left” I was like, hmmm, why not? Haha. So, that’s how it happened that i suddenly attended MMU Awards.

Frankly speaking, MMU Awards is super boring i tell you! I can fall asleep there!! Haha! THeir free gift was the 2 weeks training at Celebrity Fitness which MY PROM is also giving out that!! Crap. One of their song was the song i put for my sponsor’s montage too Nah, i’m still proud of my own Prom keke!

Thank goodness i have friends there to accompany me to kill my boredom that night. I bumped into quite a few of friends there – Shu Woon, Fong Yin, Fong Jun, Lin Hui and SPB friends =)

After MMU awards, i went back to YM’s place since my stuffs are there (went her place earlier ‘cos my place is superbly hot in the afternoon, went and cure her aircond hehe) Ajak-ed Hau Yee for yum cha session. Waited for Hau Yee till 1+am then went to SK’s mamak. Coincidentally there was a match between MU and Tottenham wahaha!! End result: MU won!! Yipeeee!~

Went breakfast with Hau Yee and Yei Mei @ Puchong. Had dim sum =) It was delicious wahaha! Suddenly, Mr.Dorrie texted me asking whether do i wanna have “wu kok” or not and said that he’s having dim sum in IPOH! Crap! I went totally numb and speechless when i read the text =.= He was in Seremban mind you =/

Finally, the event is over… just like that… =X

I don’t know what to feel about it. Happy? Relieved? Emo? Hmmm… lost…

It was a pretty tiring memorable fun happy emotional process in making this event a good one. Currently still waiting for some feedbacks from the guests of the night. Hope i can get good news though. =)

Now, my feets is freakingly pain that i can hardly walk properly now. Adding to the super hot weather, it really pulls my mood down from doing anything else except for whining on the weather. Uncountable numbers of assignments are waiting for me cos i’ve neglected a lot due to organizing the prom night.

I have lots to write down here but i think it’s not the right time now. I know a lot of people have been waiting for me to update my blog and i’m so sorry about it. I’m too busy with either events, assignments or finals  – coming soon. Before this was my Sigma event, then my prom event, now is my assignments, and few weeks later is my finals. Crap! =.=

Before this, i’ve mentioned that i’m going to write about MOS, sleepover @ Puchong, prom and Sigma, and my birthday celebration but till now, i’ve only managed to accomplish one of them, which is my 21st birthday celebration. So sorry =(

Now, i have to list out extra things to blog now. It goes like that:

It’s time…

For updates =)

Suddenly i lost my eagerness to blog. Too busy with life i guess. Haha. Too busy having fun in fact =) There’s a lot of crazy things that i’ve done for the past 2 weeks. Hmmm…

I went and watched Confession of a Shopaholic + shopping spree with Winny last Saturday. Then, i came back to Cyber on Sunday night, where ZN suddenly invited me for a movie session – Confession of a Shopaholic @.@ Despite having me whom already watched the movie, i agreed to the invitaton. Wahaha! I don’t mind watching again, if it’s something i like =) Moreover, i LOVE the storybook.

That week was really a crazy week. I have 3 midterms on that week, which i almost went nutz, seriously. And on April Fool, my friends and i didn’t do anything crazy. All of us were just stucked at home, in front of our notes. Then, i have this prom’s high committees short meeting. And also, Wei Hau’s birthday, where it’s special enough that we celebrated in the FOE’s carpark. Wahaha!!

The next day (Friday) was the most tiring day!! I woke up early for an interview for my assignment, and skipped my 4 hours tutorial in the morning. I only had 4 hours of sleep that night before. After the interview, i went back and changed. A few minutes later, i was out again, to Sunway with friends. Watched Fast & Furious 4. It was awesome, really! The next day, i had movie again, with different pack of friends. Watched 12 rounds with friends from prom =) Had beer while waiting for the movies.

A week with 4 movies. OMG right? Haha..

Another week started off with another midterm. It was such a useless thing to study for that subject. What came out was totally un-answerable. But, i think the lecturer was good enough to close one eye and let us copy. It was almost like a open-book midterm =) To so-called release stress, we skipped the later 2 hours lecture and flew to Cineleisure for movie – Unborn. Scary scary frightening movie!! And mahjong after that wahaha!!

It was the week my division takes care of the prom booth. I was on duty till 3pm, and flew to Bangsar to get my prom dress. Badly, the dress i aimed for, wasn’t available anymore. So, i bought another one. Hehe. Kinda plain but i think it’s okay =) Get some gold accesories to match with it. Hehe.

The next day was my youngest sister’s 17th birthday. It was also my food-tasting day at Sunway hotel. The food was awesome!! Big portion somemore. We couldn’t finish all the dishes. Then the committees had this technical meeting with the Sunway people. After that, we had meeting between us to discuss and plan more for that night. Spent 2 hours for that @.@ It’s a tiring day though.

Got my gold heels yeappie! Had dinner at this ala carte shabu-shabu in Puchong =) Came home at 11+pm then i took my bath and went out again for yum cha at Old Town with classmates. I dozed off really early that night. I was over-tired that night, plus the lack of sleep everyday.

On Friday, was the craziest thing i’ve ever done on that day. FYI, i have this midterm on Saturday MORNING. This is what happened. I was halfway studying at the afternoon about 5+pm. Then, i got a called from Muharram. I thought he wanted to meet to pass me stuffs. Then, he told me to follow him back to Malacca a while because he wanted to fetch his friend back for exam (they were here for the Cyberfusion event).

I have freaking no idea what happened to me that day, that i agreed to him. There i went, spending my 6 hours in the car + malacca, instead of studying for my paper the next morning. =.= Everyone was kinda shocked seeing me around in SPR when i dropped by to help Muharram take his stuffs there. I only had this 4 hours of sleep before exam. And thank God, i can do the questions. And i think i have to thank Victor’s cows… Wahaha!!! His cows helped me overcome almost all the things i wanted to succeed in, except the day i wanted to get my dress. =X

Came home, was active whole day. Hyped up showing my parents my dress and shoes wahaha!! My energy level fell to the lowest level by the night. I dozed off on the couch while watching tv. I surrendered, bathed and wanted to take a nap till 12 midnight so that i can start working on my prom’s paperwork, but my nap turned into a 14 hours sleep. I woke up at 11am the next morning! Haha!

I was bored doing my work. So i just randomly told my parents to play mahjong! But who knows, they agreed!! OMG. I thought they would be grumbling and interrogating me on how i learnt to play but it didn’t happen. Played till dinner, went for dinner, then continue my paperwork, then continued playing!! Wahahaha!!

So, i had 5 movies in 10 days, play mahjong despite having so many exams awaiting for me, and flying to Malacca and flew back when i have paper the next morning. How crazy can i go? Hmmm…

Prom’s in 2 weeks time, and i hope it’ll go perfectly fine. And, i’m getting super busy within this 2 weeks from now on. Phew!!~~

5 midterms with 5 untouched books

Oh well, maybe just about one chapter for each midterms.

I just can’t bring myself into studying. Being home since Saturday, all i’ve been doing is sleep, eat, online, FB-ing, playing games, watch movies, BUT study. Wth right? Sigh.

Try reading a chapter of Financial Statement Analysis that has 80 pages in ONE single chapter? Fyi, it’s a finace subject so, reading it from text book is @.@ and there’s not much calculations, so what else can i do?? And also, i’m smart enough to not bring back my printed notes back home with me =.=

Or how about reading a chapter of E-Commerce that has 30 pages in a chapter? Sounds not too bad right? But but but… try it with ALL words in ALL the pages. It seriously makes me fall asleep. And again, i forgot to bring back my printed notes too.

But but but, how did i manage to finish my remianing 300+ pages of New Moon in just an hour or two?? Hmmm….. *wonders*

Yea, i have those notes in my lappie as well but i dislike reading notes from my lappie. I prefer to write (or highlight) stuff when i study. Very particular right? Haha that’s just me lah haha!! Omg i just don’t know how to survive for this semester lah seriously!! =(

Along with that, my stupiak Corporate Risk Management’s assignment is seriously pissing me off in a way. Interview 4 freaking insurance company?!?! Crap! During my 1st year of degree where i need to interview ONE company for Managerial Comm. also can kill me already, and now i need FOUR??? Fuck that.

Argh, now it’s Saturday and i’m feeling the stress coming in already =X

I went out with a friend today. Actually.. i don’t know how to label him – whether a friend, close friend, or an ex.

It was a last minute thing because my sister [younger] wants to give him a treat (yeah, both of them are close). He invited me along because he didn’t want to be alone, feeling odd i guess, so yeah i agreed after a long-thinking session. I mentioned about him earlier before, and this matter is always up again and again each and every time i met him. He is the Mr.CoolGuy i was talking about.

We met my sister in McD in Kajang – the place for all the schoolgirls/schoolboys to hang out after school, before tuition. Omg that i can’t stand those schoolgirls/boys there, it’s like crap i tell you, running everyowhere around the counter. Dah-lah the place is already small, they still want to cramp the whole place while making order. The queue wasn’t even on a straight line @.@

I can’t imagine. Was i like that back in secondary school? I feel so embarrassed now. Sigh. Btw, back to my story…

All this thing did not come out of me out of sudden. It’s been a while already, i think about a month plus…. and i’m still unsure what this thing is. Been contacting each other quite frequent over the internet since early February, but all we talk about is crap, crap and nothing more than crap.

Everytime we talk to each other, i’ll think of what i did in the past, and i’ll feel very regretful  over what had happened. I’m very unsure on how i feel towards this person. Why would i bother to get a farewell card for him when he was leaving the country to further his studies? Why would i want to get birthday cards for him when i don’t even know whether i can get his address on time or not? Even worse, why the hell would i buy two freaking cards to send to one single person?

I think i was just lucky that he informed me his new phone number once he got it. I’m lucky because he is able to give me his address for me to send the cards to him. And again, the luckiest of all is that both my cards reached him exactly on HIS BIRTHDAY!! I was super happie when he told me about this.

And, why would i agree to accompany him this afternoon when he texted me last night, when i already rejected it when my sis asked before him? Gosh, i’m such a confused and complicate person. Now, he’s back again for good due to some reasons. I want to know what he thinks about what happened 3 years back. Maybe he still hate me, maybe he’s not. Argh…..

Sometimes, i do miss this person. But sometimes, this person really makes me go crazy – crap all the way without feeling bored where he can give you the lamest joke ever. Sometimes i do envy my friend’s relationship with him like why couldn’t i be as close as how they are to him. And sometimes, this person can really cheer me up when i’m not in the mood – maybe it’s not really cheering me up by making me laugh, but it makes me feel better at least.

Sigh, and that’s all i can do for now. What should i do? Opinions anyone?

When i was turning legal…

I know i owe everyone a lot of post here. I’m just too lazy to write all up. It takes a long time you know – uploading all those photos taken, describing each and every events that happened which leaves a mark in me, and thinking that i’m using all the time i have, typing up all these rather than to stick my face on my books is heart-aching (and yet i still have not touched any of my books/notes till now – after being home for 5 days =X)

From the list of things i should post up (from my last post), i think i should update what happened on my 21st birthday first. Well, on 18th March itself, lotsa things happened were held. Classes till 5pm, then Prom Night Committees Phototaking at 9pm till all photos taken are satisfied, and later on was my meeting with groupmates for my E-Commerce presentation on the next morning.

Okay, back to what i had for my birthday celebration.

As far as i thought, i didn’t expect anything extragavant for this year’s birthday. Yes, i know that it’s my 21st – being legal, having all the freedom i want, bla bla bla… But, looking at those piles of work that i have in my hands really pull the atmosphere down, seriously. My uni yearbook (thank god it went really well, at least better than i thought), and my prom event that is going to be on in less than one month now. Besides, with all the presentation, quizzes, mid-terms, and assignments, how would you expect to spend a blast on my very own 21st birthday?

I have lotsa friends (not uni friends) that asked me, “Eh, Grace! How are you going to celebrate your 21st birthday ar?? Are you going to hold a massive celebration on that day??” What i replied was just, “I don’t know, don’t think i’m going to do anything“ And also, i have a few of them who actually wanted to come over to celebrate for me – one of them actually wanted to take annual leave and come all the way from Genting to meet me and pass me my pressie, but i just couldn’t spare any free time =( Other than that, i even got so-called scoldings from bestie that it’s my 21st and at least i should spend some time celebrating it. Oh well, i don’t even have the time to sleep nor do anything else besides all the tasks on my hand, and how would you expect me to spend anymore time for my own birthday??

But then again, things went out of my expectations though =)

On the 17th, as my classes ends at 12 noon that day, i stayed back in campus to help out in the Prom’s booth in Central Plaza while studying for my Friday’s paper. Then, i went to library to continue studying when the booth closses, because i know i won’t be able to study if i’m back home.

A msg came to my cell, from SL asking me whether is it okay if we have dinner outside. At the same time of feeling weird with the question sent to me, i replied her that i’m okay with anything. I was asked to suggest a place for dinner (i didn’t know anything was up yet) so i suggested Sri Kembangan – the place we always dine in. Since i was surprised with this thing, i asked - “You guys wanna have good food or simple food??” The reply i got was, “Eat geng a bit wan la”. Okay fine, i knew they wanna bring me to have good food and asked me to suggest a place. After thinking hard in the library with roomie, i suggested Menjelara, the place we had last year before celebrating Nan’s birthday.

When i popped into Yong’s car, i was surprised to see Yei Mei, Laurel and also Jia Qi in the car. I really never thought of this. Who would have known? I thought the other guys are in the car =.= Okay, stories cut short, and the place we’re eating is in Teluk Gong, Klang – everyone thought i wanted to have seafood because i suggested Menjelara [swt!!] except for me.

After dinner, went to Nan’s place for some “game” session. Another surprise that i didn’t expect again. As i was playing mahjong with YM and Laurel, i heard some shouts from the swimming pool when the clock striked 12 midnight. FYI, i was on the 10th floor, and they were shouting from the ground floor. I went OMG, and went to the balcony to check them out. Soon after that, messages started to come in. I knew they’re going to dump me into the pool like how we did to Nan on his b’day.

They got me a slice of chocolate ice-cream cake. They sang me a birthday song and shouted my name super duper loud =.= They were all waiting for me to finish off my cake so that they can push me into the pool. I was surrounded with the guys, i knew i couldn’t escape. I hand over both my phones to Perng and suddenly, stuffs happened. Stories cut short again, and the plan of throwing me into the pool failed.

Continued playing game. YM and Laurel took off earlier because they’re tired. See Han joined us later because he has to accompany his gf over the internet because coincidentally, 18th March is a memorable day for them as well – their annivesary and now it’s their 4th year =) Played till i-don’t-know-what-time, and it’s time to snap pics because i forced them to. When we were leaving then, i shouted, declaring that there won’t be any classes on the next day wahaha!

On the 18th itself, i have this 8am class. I was freaking sleepy as i slept at 3-4am the night before. TL texted me asking whether am i going or not, and i said i’m not. Haha! I received a number of birthday messages early in the morning but didn’t bother to reply yet because my eyes just couldn’t open. Wahaha.

Then, afternoon class as usual, got some birthday wishes from classmates. Went for early dinner then headed back home to rest. YP texted me asking whether am i free that night, but i wasn’t because i had this prom comm photoshoot at 9pm. Then YP dropped by my place at Cyber to pass me super cute and lovely birthday cupcakes from Cuppacakes *hearts*

After the photoshoot, went back home to start preparing slides for my presentation the next morning (only me who have not done the slides, others doner dy =X) While i was doing, my eyes accidentally looked at the clock and it’s only 15 minutes more till my birthday is over.

Then suddenly, my house door opened, and i saw i-forgot-who carrying this birthday cake and a huge bunch of people singing birthday song again for me. Okay, this is totally unexpected lor!! They also bought dominos for supper! OMFG, so ngam that i was already hungry that moment wahaha! Despite me already wearing my sleeping attire at home, i didn’t manage to snap pics. That also because hands were dirty eating pizzas Haha!!

And that’s how i spent my last minute of my 21st birthday =) Thanks everyone for making this thing memorable to me. Hehe.

The guilty-ness in me

It’s been centuries since i last dropped a word here. And, i feel guilty =(

I have lots to update here. But i think i’m going to choose another day to state all down. It’s now 5.22am mind you. Just got back from dinner + movie in Sunway Pyramid and yum cha + pool session in Asia Cafe.

Hmmm, things to update:

• How i manage to decide to forget that certain someone (so far so good)

I’m going to be super duper busie starting the day after tomorrow (assuming now is already Saturday, although i haven’t sleep). I’m having two midterms, two assignments, one quiz, one presentation, and a week of taking care of my prom event’s booth for ticket selling.

Okay, it’s time to sleep. Currently in massive lack of sleep this whole week!! :S

I got rejected

No. I did not confess my love to a guy and got rejected.

If anyone has been following up with my blog, he/she will understand about the trip i have been planning since last month. Yeah, now the trip is CANCELED. Now, i won’t be having the birthday celebration i’ve been hoping all along. Whatever.

Now i’m hoping the Phuket/Bangkok trip with coursemates can be made into reality.

Anyway, i got myself a haircut on Valentine’s Day. Now, i have a new look. =)
